Rural house located in Almuñécar, in the province of Granada, Andalusia. This charming rural house is the ideal place to enjoy the stunning beaches of the Tropical Coast. Located less than a kilometer from Almuñécar beach, it offers guests otherworldly views of the town and the Mediterranean Sea. The villa consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and another with two single beds; both have a wardrobe. There is also a second bathroom with a shower. In the living-dining room, you can relax and enjoy delicious meals prepared in the fully equipped kitchen area. The living room features a double sofa bed. Although the owner of the house lives on the upper floor of the villa, the outdoor area is entirely at your disposal.
