Villa Can Milana is a villa with great charm, built by Pedro Outzoup, a famous architect who created several houses in his unique style, which was formed with influence from the Ibizan and Menorcan styles. The villa is located in La Mola de Puerto Andrtatx, one of the most sought-after areas on the island formed by the most exclusive chalets in Mallorca. Villa Can Milana offers its guests a spacious and bright living room with 2 separate areas: one with comfortable sofas, a TV and a fireplace that creates a very cosy atmosphere, and another with benches covered with cushions perfect for having a chat, reading a book or having an aperitif. There are wicker sofas and coffee tables with umbrellas for shade along with sun loungers across the terrace. The pool is 10x5m and has a shallow end with Roman steps, ideal for swimmers and non-swimmers alike. By prior arrangement the pool can be heated at a cost of approximately €450 per week (depending on season).
