The Villa has a large entrance hall, 3 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms (one with double bed, and the other 2 with 3 single beds ideal for the youngest members of the family). In the living room there are 2 single sofa beds. Tourist licence number: ETV/5695. On the ground floor there is a huge living-dining room which opens directly onto the terrace-balcony perfect for al fresco dining & chilling. The fully fitted kitchen and BBQ are next door plus an additional bathroom. A lovely terrace wraps around the whole house overlooking the cove, with access to the private salt water pool and gardens. The property is located in a quiet residential area yet only minutes away from the cove with supermarket, bars and restaurants. With endless options within a short drive, Paguera, Puerto Andratx, Magalluf and Santa Ponsa are nearby.
