This completely new, Fully airconditioned villa was constructed especially to use as a holiday villa. The house is very comfortable with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Upon entering the house there is a comfortable living room with tv and dvd/cp player. The open kitchen overlooks the living/dining area and the terrace and pool outside. There is one bedroom and one bathroom with shower downstairs and on the first floor we find three bedrooms and two bathrooms all air conditioned. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and a private balcony overlooking the pool. There are 2 double beds, a queen-sized bed and two single beds. The villa is well equipped and stylishly decorated in a natural way. Outside there is a nice terrace accessible through glass sliding doors from the living room , there is a large pool which can be overseen from the house and the terrace.
