This spectacular accommodation has 300 m2 of living space and 24 m2 of swimming pool. The house is newly built, made with good quality materials. The decoration is modern and fresh and has plenty of accessories that will allow you to enjoy a relaxing and charming holiday. When you enter the house you find a very large living area next to the dining room, with direct access to the kitchen, direct access to the pool and views to the upper floor. On the ground floor we also have a suite with its own bathroom, a double bedroom and another bathroom. From the suite we also have direct access to the pool where you can enjoy a refreshing swim. We’re offering a charming two-story, 130 m2 home located in Rosamar, a residential community known for its tranquility and beautiful beaches. You’ll be in the heart of the Costa Brava, just a fifteen-minute drive from Sant Feliu de Guíxols. The exterior of the house, which is accessed from the street via a private driveway, features a large terrace that completely surrounds it, a barbecue area, and a wooded/garden area where you’ll enjoy the fabulous Mediterranean climate.
