The family-friendly holiday home has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and offers space for 4 people. The villa is furnished in the typical Menorcan style and features Wi-Fi and cable TV. From your private, covered terrace with garden furniture you can enjoy the fantastic view of the sea and on the large communal terrace with pool and sun loungers, which you share with the guests of the 3 other holiday apartments, it is excellent to relax on hot summer days. Set out over a double plot close to the beach of Son Bou, Villa Caroline offers space, comfort and sea views. The villa also benefits from air conditioning. A spacious living area, decorated in muted neutral tones has a comfortable sofa, industrial wooden style coffee table, wicker and wood storage unit and large windows with access to a lovely terraced area with sea views. The beautiful kitchen is spacious and decorated in neutral tones; lovely wood units with cream marble worktops. There is a small dining table and chairs for four, offering an indoor seating area to breakfast at. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and crockery needed for a self catering holiday; ceramic hob, oven, microwave and a large American style fridge-freezer. There is also a separate modern and functional laundry room. There are 3 bedrooms: one with twin beds and a small study/desk area and three doubles.
