Menorca is the unspoiled gem of the Balearic Islands, Spain. The island is surrounded by the crystal clear and warm Mediterranean waters. This modern Menorcan style house sits on a hill facing South/South-West. It offers breathtaking sea and sunset views . Son Bou is one of the 100 beaches of Menorca. Its west section is totally unspoiled and protected and it is surprisingly quite even during the peak summer season. The property has been fully refurbished to a high standard in spring 2023. It has been decorated to give it a unique beach taste. The villa has 4 spacious and cozy bedrooms, a bright living room opened to the outdoor porch offering magnificent views.
