This luxury traditional style villa, situated on the 10th fairway of the golf course, is the perfect venue for a family or golfing holiday. A safe, gorgeous sandy beach is within easy walking distance and several other spectacular beaches are only a short drive away. The villa is luxuriously furnished with a large, bright living room which has seating for 8 and satellite TV. The dining area has a large extendable table and also seating for 8. There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor consisting of a twin room with its own ensuite bathroom and seperate door to the courtyard, and two further twin rooms with a shared family bathroom, together with the fully-fitted kitchen, making the house suitable for those who require downstairs accommodation. The master suite is upstairs and has an ensuite bathroom and large roof terrace. The large and spacious garden has a paved area infront of the large patio doors overlooking the golf course. There is a large outdoor table with seating for 10 on this patio which is also shaded by a wooden pergola. The area around the 8m x 4m swimming pool is decked and is ideal for sunloungers. Casa Molineros is a detached villa with an enviable south facing private garden and its own pool. It is furnished in a contemporary style to a high standard. There are 4 large bedrooms 3 of which are on the ground floor , 1 double with en suite shower room a further double and a twin which share the family bathroom.
