The house is located between Conil and the Fuente del Gallo district, close to the beach, so you won't really need a car. It was completed in the summer of 2021 and is very modernly and tastefully furnished. The ground floor features a large living room that is open to the dining area and kitchen. Situated less than 200 metres from one of the best beaches on the Costa de la Luz, Casa Almadraba offers that combination of beach, comfortable home and mature garden that is so hard to find on the Cádiz coast. The house is situated in the exclusive urbanisation of Roche, in a quiet cul-de-sac that ends in a flight of steps leading directly down to the beach, which stretches 7km in one direction to the old tuna fishing port of Sancti Petri and in the other some 500 metres to the small sandstone cliffs that rise to form a series of small coves known as the Calas de Conil . The house, with its Andalusian style (whitewashed walls and tiled roofs) was built just under 20 years ago. It is surrounded by a mature garden of Mediterranean pines, palm trees, gum trees, bougainvillea and wisteria. It has a fabulous 10mx5m salt swimming pool (without chlorine) closed to the rest of the garden and surrounded by a traditional brick terrace and a bamboo pergola that filters the sun's rays (ideal for a siesta). The decoration is simple and very cosy: whitewashed walls, black and white photographs of the area and high quality furniture.
