This great villa is perfect if you are in search of peace and privacy, since the exterior area invites to relax thanks to the beautiful garden with a private salt pool that boats amazing views. The pool sizes 7 x 3 metres and the water depth ranges from 0.9 to 1.5 metres. I offers an area with sun loungers around and a pretty chill out area. The porch is behind the house and it’s where you’ll enjoy the best breakfast. The two-storey house welcomes you with a large living-dining room with TV and air conditioning. Then you enter a Majorcan kitchen equipped with a gas hob and everything you need to cook or eat here as well. The laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is a bathroom with bathtub and two bedrooms with wardrobe, one with two single beds and one with a double bed complete this main floor.
