This great villa is perfect if you are in search of peace and privacy, since the exterior area invites to relax thanks to the beautiful garden with a private salt pool that boats amazing views. The pool sizes 7 x 3 metres and the water depth ranges from 0.9 to 1.5 metres. I offers an area with sun loungers around and a pretty chill out area. Holiday home in Mallorca with pool for 6 people. This authentic rustic holiday home is located on the outskirts of the beautiful town of Sineu on a quiet side street. It has a living area of 200 square meters and offers space for up to 6 people. Upon entering the house, you access the spacious living room with a comfortable sofa, TV with satellite channels, and Wi-Fi. A fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal to prepare delicious Mediterranean dishes. The living room is equipped with hot/cold air conditioning, as is the entrance area, from which the bedrooms can be cooled or heated. The 3 bedrooms are also located on the ground floor (1x double bed, 2x single beds). You have two bathrooms with showers at your disposal, one of them outdoors. The large outdoor area of 1500 square meters offers you a multitude of possibilities. From the kitchen, you access the terrace with the dining area. In the garden, typical Mediterranean trees provide ample shade, and depending on the season, you can enjoy their fruits. You can cool off in the 2x1.5 meter pool. At the end of the garden, there is a large barbecue area with a dining area and an outdoor refrigerator.
