The ground floor apartment is part of a complex in Son Bauló, a quiet and family-friendly neighbourhood in Can Picafort. On the beach you can rent sun beds and umbrellas, or take a stroll on the promenade with many restaurants and bars. There are many beautiful beaches in the north, such as Playa de Muro, Puerto de Alcúdia or Playa de Formentor. In winter, the area is ideal for hiking and cycling or playing golf in Alcanada. Supermarkets, restaurants, shops and the bus station are close by. Our guests have access to the communal pool and garden. The swimming pool is open from May to October, from 9h to 22h. The living-dining room with TV is open to the well-equipped kitchen, including ceramic hob, coffee machine, dishwasher and much more. The sofa in the living room can sleep a child up to 12 years old. About this accommodation The chalet, which was renovated in 2017, is located in a quiet residential area of Son Bauló, so to speak the smaller and prettier sister of Can Picafort with its very own flair. The house is well maintained and has a beautiful mature garden with old trees. There are plenty of sun loungers available at the beautifully landscaped infinity pool. There are also further terraces, some of which are covered, and also with direct access to the house. The accommodation On the ground floor there is the master bedroom with a double bed and exit to the terrace and a bathroom en suite. Another bathroom and a second bedroom are also on the ground floor.On the upper floor there is the large living and dining room with German satellite TV, internet and air conditioning. Two further bedrooms each have two single beds, another bathroom with shower and the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher are on this floor. The house is stocked with all kinds of towels, for the kitchen, the bathrooms and also for the pool/beach. A cot and high chair can be provided free of charge upon request.
