Just a few metres from the sea, this flat for 2-3 persons in Can Picafort offers a communal pool. The ground floor apartment is part of a complex in Son Bauló, a quiet and family-friendly neighbourhood in Can Picafort. On the beach you can rent sun beds and umbrellas, or take a stroll on the promenade with many restaurants and bars. There are many beautiful beaches in the north, such as Playa de Muro, Puerto de Alcúdia or Playa de Formentor. In winter, the area is ideal for hiking and cycling or playing golf in Alcanada. Supermarkets, restaurants, shops and the bus station are close by. Our guests have access to the communal pool and garden. The swimming pool is open from May to October, from 9h to 22h. The living-dining room with TV is open to the well-equipped kitchen, including ceramic hob, coffee machine, dishwasher and much more. The sofa in the living room can sleep a child up to 12 years old. A bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower are available. There is an air conditioning unit in the hallway, as well as a washing machine, cot and high chair.
