The house was an old typical Mallorcan mill, it has a sunny swimming pool and a private garden. It has sunbeds, sunshade and a beautiful terrace with mountain views. The house has a living room with satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed. In the spacious living room there is a large sofa-bed. Among other things, there is a washing machine, iron, microwave and toaster. Note 1. This does not relieve the client of his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable. Note 2.
