The house is surrounded by a marvelous garden, full of plants, flowers, and fruit trees such as avocados, pears, apples, plums, and passion fruit. The house is over 70m² and has a cozy living-dining room with an equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed (1.35m), a second bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with a shower.
