The house is quietly located in a side street in a typical Canarian village. The sustainably run finca holiday home has an area of 45sqm and consists of a large room. There is a flatscreen TV, a double bed, which can also be placed separately. The kitchen is integrated into the room. The dining table separates the fully equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge, oven/microwave, coffee machine, kettle, blender and lemon squeezer from the living/sleeping area. The adjoining bathroom has a WC, a walk-in shower and a washing machine. There is wooden garden furniture and a parasol on the terrace. There is a free car park in front of the property. The property is fenced and therefore ideal for dogs. We strictly adhere to the Covid-19 hygiene regulations. We attach particular importance to the proper cleaning and disinfection of work surfaces, door handles, light switches, etc. Our guests have sufficient hand soap and sanitiser at their disposal. There are two separate houses on the estate, which only share the parking area and are situated in such a way that each of them has its own private terraces. The Bungalow Lagar, of 40 m2, is situated towards the coast and is a spacious studio with sea view and a terrace towards the vineyard and the mountain, where you can enjoy long hours of rest and relaxation.
