Fabulous family villa (designed by the American architect, Frank Lloyd- Wright) and guesthouse in large, private gardens with many tropical plants, roses and citrus fruits. The urbanisation is one of the oldest on the Costa del Sol and has patrolling security at night. Most of the people who live here are permanent residents, giving the area a feeling of calm and stability- no night clubs in the neighbourhood, although you will find them a 15 minute car drive away. The house has been our family home for over 30 years which means it doesn't have the typical "rental property feel". There are games and books, sewing stuff, toys, videos, dvd´s, a fully equipped kitchen, my cooking books, spices and baking stuffs. Please use it! There are two fridge freezers, washing machine/drier (although I never use it, preferring to dry the clothes naturally) a large Weber bbq, wifi, satellite tv, play house, basketball hoop, football goal, table tennis, beach bags & toys etc. You are more than welcome to pick lemons for your evening drinks.
