We offer for tourist rent two-storey villa with swimming pool and large green area 400 metres from the sea. The villa consists of two living rooms, three bedrooms, separate kitchen, three bathrooms, glazed terrace, balcony, two solariums. The house has everything necessary for living and recreation: furniture, electrical appliances (including a coffee machine), crockery, bed linen and towels. Central air conditioning, Spanish TV, wireless internet. The area has a well-developed infrastructure: in 200 meters there is a supermarket "Consum", the nearest cafe is in 50 meters. The sea is 400 meters away, but the beach of Los Locos is about 650 meters away. Accommodation option: up to 7 persons (no animals!) Smoking is only allowed in open areas!
