The exterior of the property is ideal for enjoying the southern climate, where you will find a shared chlorine pool with dimensions of 15 x 8m and a depth between 1.25m and 1.50m perfect for cooling off on the hottest days. Please note that privacy is partial. The interior is distributed over two floors and is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. You enter through the upper terrace and on this floor you will find the kitchen and the living-dining room. The ceramic hob kitchen has all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably, the living-dining room is equipped with AC and Smart TV and there is also a toilet. The lower floor is accessed by stairs and you will find the bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Beaches and shops of Torrox Costa are a convenient 5 minute drive away or an easy walk. Location and outside area The villa is conveniently located in a rural residential area of Torrox-Costa. The beaches, restaurants and stores of Torrox-Costa are 5 minutes drive (1 km) and can also be reached on foot. The famous beaches of Nerja and the whitewashed town of Torrox-pueblo are both 6 kms away. The area where the villa is located is almost rural and therefore somewhat uncared-for, a fact that is, in our opinion, well compensated by the comfort and beauty of the property. The house is totally walled, ensuring good privacy. It’s got a lovely outside area, with a spacious sun terrace, a garden area and a well-sized attractive private pool of 8 x 5 m.
