It has a separate kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, oven, blender, toaster, refrigerator and coffee maker. It has a bathroom with a shower. Community pool for adults and children pool, as well as communal tennis courts and garden areas. Surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets and shops, no car is necessary.
