The villa is located in Tossal Gros, on a green, peaceful hillside dotted with beautiful villas, near the quiet seaside town of Oliva with its stunning sandy beaches. The villa has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each offers privacy, as the rooms are not adjacent to one another. Both bedrooms feature a double bed and a separate single bed. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a new oven and stove. One bathroom has a shower, sink, and bathtub; the other has only a sink and shower. Both bathrooms have a toilet. The garden features a lovely private swimming pool (8x4 meters), which is cleaned weekly. The surroundings are very quiet and green; the villa is located on the edge of a forest on a dead-end street. Yet there is plenty to explore in the area. Denia is 20 kilometers away, Gandia 10 kilometers, and even Javea, Calpe, and Moraira are not far. Oliva itself is a typical Spanish town, not yet overrun by mass tourism, with a wide, long sandy beach (Blue Flag). Valencia (70 km) can be visited by car or train.
