This lovely 2 bedroom townhouse is located in La Cala de Mijas. Less than a 10 min walk will take you to the nearest beach and the town centre, where you can find a good selection of bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. The house comes with a private garage and has hot & cold AC units and free WIFI. The roof terrace is on the top floor, there is a gas BBQ and stunning views of the beach, sea and pool. A 5-min drive will take you to Chaparral Golf club. The communal pool is located directly opposite the house. The house is arranged over 3 floors. The ground floor has an open plan living space, which includes a dining seating area, a lounge seating area including a sofa, armchair and TV. The American diner style kitchen is fully equipped. There is a WC on this floor. The ground floor terrace can be accessed from the lounge area. Here you can make use of the sun loungers, dining seating area and gas BBQ. On the 1st floor are the 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom benefits from a king size bed, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower attachment. This room has view of the pool and access to a large private terrace. The 2nd bedroom has a double size bed, fitted wardrobes and and en-suite shower room. Spacious fully refurbished 2 bedroom apartment with sea views from every aspect, only 200 meters from the beach and 650 meters from the very popular beachside town of La Cala de Mijas with its fabulous blue flag beaches, shops, bars & restaurants. The apartment was fully refurbished in 2024, with new double glazed windows with security blinds, a new kitchen, internal doors, wardrobes, etc. The living room, kitchen and both bedrooms have superb views of the sea.
