With a lovely garden - a 5-minute walk from the Lidl supermarket. You will spend a relaxing holiday with all amenities such as shops, restaurants, and bars nearby. Famous beaches like Balcón de Europa and Burriana are also close. The interior is comfortable, with classic-style decor. La Exótica is a quiet urbanization that still preserves a rural touch. It is located on the outskirts of Nerja (2 km). Location and Exterior The house has a wonderful porch with garden furniture and views of Nerja and the Mediterranean. It is the ideal place to enjoy an outdoor meal. Down a few steps, you reach the private swimming pool (7.5 x 4m, 1.25m to 1.95m deep, kidney-shaped with Roman steps) which is surrounded by a terrace and garden for sunbathing. Sun loungers are provided. On the side of the house, there is a large garden with plants, flowers, and citrus trees, along with a barbecue. Hikers have many options in the area: there are several beautiful routes, and you can, for example, walk up to Frigiliana along the Higuerón river. By car, it is worth visiting typical Axarquía villages like Cómpeta and Canillas de Albaida. Some historic cities, such as Malaga and Granada, are less than an hour away by car. Sandy beaches and boutique shops are a short drive away, where you can enjoy endless days basking in the sun, building sandcastles, and window shopping. The villa is beautiful inside and out, with a vast terracotta terrace, heated* pool, and a homely interior. Lovingly decorated, this villa feels like a home from home. With three comfortable bedrooms, this villa is great for up to six guests. Mobility Statement - Please note, this villa is in a hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 115cm wide alongside 1 step. The front door has a width of 195cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 67cm wide. There is a covered terrace which is flat, whilst 3 steps lead down to the pool area. The pool area itself is tiled and flat. The pool has ladder access. The widest ground-floor bedroom door is 67cm wide, whilst the shared family bathroom door is also 67cm wide. There is also a lower ground floor to this villa, which requires step access.
