Beautiful Mediterranean style villa, located in one of the best areas of Moraira, 800 metres from the magnificent beach of El Portet, and one and a half kilometres from the centre of Moraira. Both in the town of Moraira and in Teulada, if you come by car, you will find all the important supermarkets, and the whole area is full of magnificent restaurants where you can enjoy our highly appreciated gastronomy. From Villa Carmen you can reach the neighbouring towns of Benissa, Calpe and Benitachell in just a few minutes. The property is a country house with a fenced plot of land, as you enter, there is a driveway leading down the plot to the covered parking area, although there is space to leave more cars outside the covered area. The next thing we see is the swimming pool (unheated), with a ladder, outdoor shower and sunbeds, from which to contemplate the beautiful mountain views, next to the pool there is a nice canopy with a wooden table for six or eight people, two armchairs, and another smaller table for four people, and on one side there is an iron spiral staircase that leads directly to the solarium where you can enjoy the beautiful views and sunbathe. If we continue along the road and pass the parking area, at the end of it, there is a barbecue, with sink, fridge, grills, folding hammocks, and a table for six people, the barbecue is covered, if we go down some stairs, there...
