VISTA DEL MAR is a traditional-style villa located in the residential area of Venta La Nuza, near El Campello. Venta La Nuza is a peaceful neighborhood where both locals and foreigners live year-round. Facing south, the villa features a private pool (5 x 10 m) with a spacious terrace that enjoys sun all day. Two covered terraces next to the main terrace provide ideal shaded spots. You will find a gas barbecue and a smoker grill, both favorites among guests. Inside, the villa offers a large living-dining area with an open kitchen, perfect for cooking together. On the same floor are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which is en suite. There is also a separate guest apartment within the house, with a bedroom, bathroom, and a living room with a sofa bed. All bedrooms and the living-dining area have air conditioning for both heating and cooling. The villa includes Spanish and international TV and Wi-Fi. With 4 bedrooms, the house accommodates up to 10 guests. Towels, bed linens, and beach towels are provided. High chairs and cots are available on request at no extra charge. This 100 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Our wonderful, south facing, beautiful home beside the blue Mediterranean Sea is available now for you to rent. A modern villa set on three floors with beautiful sea views from almost every room. Two king sized beds and four twins. Two large bathrooms with full sized baths & showers and a toilet on each floor. Modern ovens, hob and a large fridge freezer. A dishwasher with a quick thirty minute cycle and washing machine for your comfort. And all the other usual kitchen necessities. Even the kitchen has a lovely view!
