VISTA DEL MAR is a traditional-style villa located in the residential area of Venta La Nuza, near El Campello. Venta La Nuza is a peaceful neighborhood where both locals and foreigners live year-round. Facing south, the villa features a private pool (5 x 10 m) with a spacious terrace that enjoys sun all day. Two covered terraces next to the main terrace provide ideal shaded spots. You will find a gas barbecue and a smoker grill, both favorites among guests. Inside, the villa offers a large living-dining area with an open kitchen, perfect for cooking together. On the same floor are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which is en suite. There is also a separate guest apartment within the house, with a bedroom, bathroom, and a living room with a sofa bed. All bedrooms and the living-dining area have air conditioning for both heating and cooling. The villa includes Spanish and international TV and Wi-Fi. With 4 bedrooms, the house accommodates up to 10 guests. Towels, bed linens, and beach towels are provided. High chairs and cots are available on request at no extra charge. Cala de Les Palmeretes beach is only 300 m away. Supermarkets and restaurants are 2.9 km away, and the tram station (Venta la Nuza stop) is 850 m away towards Alicante/Benidorm. This 100 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Our wonderful, south facing, beautiful home beside the blue Mediterranean Sea is available now for you to rent. A modern villa set on three floors with beautiful sea views from almost every room. Two king sized beds and four twins. Two large bathrooms with full sized baths & showers and a toilet on each floor. Modern ovens, hob and a large fridge freezer.
