It benefits from an elevated position providing some of the best sea views you will find in Mojacar. The villa has air conditioning throughout. Approaching the villa, there are two private parking spaces and an integral garage. To the front of the property is the private pool with a very large, south east facing patio wrapping around the property. There are 6 sun loungers, a table and chairs for 6 people and a gas barbecue. The pool has had a full refurbishment in February 2021. The entire patio area is enclosed with walls and railings, preventing children from wandering off.
