There are 2 parking places for you. Via an external staircase you will reach your own floor. You enter through the living room from where all rooms are directly accessible. There are 3 bedrooms with air conditioning and central heating and 2 bathrooms with toilet and hair dryer. 1 with shower and 1 with bath. The open kitchen is not large but offers electric cooker, microwave, kettle, sandwich maker, coffee maker and refrigerator. Living room has television with satellite so many foreign channels such as Dutch, English, German and Spanish. Outside a terrace with plenty of shade, the private pool with loungers, in the tea house with dining table with outdoor kitchen with BBQ and electric cooker. We access the property by going down some stairs that give us access to a covered terrace with beautiful views, a table and several chairs, as well as an area with a sofa and two armchairs to enjoy the breeze and coolness of the nights. Upon entering the villa, we access directly on the main floor where we find the living room consisting of a chaise longue sofa with capacity for all guests, a TV and a fireplace. From here we can access the kitchen with a table and chairs attached to the counter, ideal for breakfast and any meal. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances. On the lower floor, there is the first bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower en suite. On this floor we will find a second bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. Through this room we will have access to the last bedroom consisting of a double bed and an en suite bathroom with shower. Next to the third bedroom we access a small living room with a kitchen, a sofa and a low table. On the main floor is a nice bedroom with bunk beds with next to it a bathroom with an Italian style shower. The living room is quite large, it has an iron chimney and air conditioning, it communicates with the dining room which has beautiful clears views. There is also a full equipped kitchen on this floor. On the upper floor we can find a wonderful bathroom with bathtub and three lovely bedrooms, all of them with double beds and radiators. Two of these bedrooms have air conditioning. EXTERIOR : The villa is built on 668m2 plot which is accessed through a gate. There is a car park where you can park a few cars. The surroundings of the villa count with some nice plants and beautiful shrubs. In front of the villa is the large swimming pool (5mx10m), with around it sunbeds for you to enjoy the summer sunny days. Next to this area is the dining area with a barbecue. LOCATION : The villa is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood close to the famous fine sandy beach and crystal clear waters of El Portet and a step away from the renowned cove of the Cumbre del Sol. Large villa with amazing sea views from the living area and pool area. The villa is approximately a 5 minute drive from El Portet beach and the beautiful town of Moraira. The villa has 5 bedrooms two of which are family rooms sleeping 3 in each. The others are 2 twins and 1 double master with ensuite. There are a further 4 bathrooms plus WC. The private pool is accessed via a gate which also leads to a large private terrace, including a BBQ area, outdoor dining and lounge area. Please note the villa has a lot of steps so not suitable for people with mobility issues....
