If you feel like taking a walk, you can access Cala Andragó in 10 minutes and Cala Cap Blanc in 15 minutes. Just 3 minutes by car is "Les Platgetes", some charming sandy beaches where you will enjoy restaurants to eat by the sea. Very close to the house you will find small establishments, numerous restaurants and a shopping center. This chalet is very practical and accessible since all the rooms are distributed on one floor, without stairs. It has 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of them in suite. The living room and the main bedroom have air conditioning and the other 2 bedrooms have a ceiling fan. The kitchen has been recently renovated. Both the house and the garden are very well maintained and all the furniture has been updated in 2022. On the upper floor we will find the entrance hall, there through a staircase we can access a solarium terrace from where we can contemplate the views of the small surrounding mountains. In the same hall, the floor is divided into two independent rooms composed of: on the left a cozy dining room with balcony, this room is equipped with two sofas and two small armchairs in the center a low table, there we find the television and a computer of music. In the dining area there is a table with chairs for five people. Next to the living room there is an independent kitchen with an arch and a bar that lead directly to the dining room.
