The open plan kitchen is fully equipped, including a half load dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, combined refrigerator, induction cooker, toaster, coffee maker (capsule and Italian), keetle, and all the necessary utensils to feel at home. The living room has a separate dining room with relaxing views and includes a large three-seater sofa in front of a large smart Tv, with a folding coffee table that allows you to have lunch, breakfast or dinner while watching Tv. It has split air conditioning and three ceiling fans, one for each room. The terrace has two wicker chairs and a folding garden table, and in the back closet are the ironing board, the clothesline, the beach chairs and the umbrella. The apartment is delivered clean and with enough bedding and towels.
