The villa also has fully fitted wardrobe space, a safe, air conditioning/heating and private parking space. The location of this villa is in the perfect area for both beach and amenities, within an easy couple of minutes walk to the San Pedro beach front where you will find ample restaurants, bars and beach clubs. The town of San Pedro is located also just a couple of minutes away where you can enjoy the new boulavard, play areas and restaurants. The supermarket is also close by. A car is not necessary here. The villa is split into 2 parts and the ground floor, adjacent to the swimming pool is to let. The upper part of the building will not be occupied when the apartment is let. It is a spacious and beautifully furnished apartment with a modern kitchen, 2 Andalucian style bathrooms, a dining area and sitting room and a multi purpose room to watch TV, play music and read books. The villa has been totally refurbished this year and looks just great. There is also a big garden or about 1400m2, with a nice terrace and subtropical plants. There is sea and mountain view. The area is very green with lust vegetation, palm trees in a quiet urbanization. We have recently been able to extend our garden with a 3000m2 park. There is a flat area of 11x20 m to play badminton, to practise pitching and golf swing and to play jeu de boules (petanque)....
