There you will find a chlorine 12x5m swimming pool with a constant depth of 1m where you will be able to cool off, next to which you can relax while sunbathing on the sun loungers. There is also a large garden with a vegetable garden, a basketball area, a barbecue and a porch with a shaded table where you can enjoy unforgettable meals with your companions. The property is fenced and the privacy is total. The interior of the two-storey house offers spacious rooms where you can relax and unwind. On the ground floor there is a living room with AC and Smart TV and is open to the dining room, which has beautiful views of the sea and the garden. The kitchen is independent and is equipped with everything you need so you can cook independently. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board in the house.
