It is open all year round and can accommodate up to four guests and two pets (on request). The surface of the house is 60 m² house + 15 m² porch and has an extensive fully fenced private garden of 8,500 m². For security reasons, the house is not rented to groups of young people under 25 years of age and the organization of parties is strictly forbidden. The house has a kitchen-dining room, equipped with all appliances and conveniences, as well as a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
