The lower level consists of living room and dining room with exit to a pleasant garden with porch, ideal to spend fantastic moments enjoying the summer. Mirador is a house located on the coastal path between Llafranc and Calella de Palafrugell, considered one of the most beautiful and charming areas of the Costa Brava. Its privileged location offers spectacular views of the beach and the port of Llafranc. It is a completely renovated house with a maximum capacity for 8 people. The house is distributed over 4 floors: The main floor which includes a tastefully furnished dining room and a spacious terrace with fantastic sea views, a large fully equipped open kitchen (gas hobs, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer), 1 suite with shower and double bed (180x190cm), 1 double room (2 beds of 90x190cm), 1 bathroom with shower. On the upper floor, there is a studio attic with 2 sofa beds and a TV. On the lower floors, we find 2 suite rooms with a shower (2 double beds of 180x190cm and 160x190cm), both with sea views and one of them with a terrace. On the lower floor, we find a small pier with direct access to Llafranc beach (access via code-locked door). Garage included in the price, 200m from the house.
