La Barraca de Farena is a cottage located in a natural environment, known as Farena, in the heart of the Costa Brava, 1 km from the village of Palafrugell and 1.5 km from the beaches of Llafranc, Calella and Tamariu. It is open all year round and can accommodate up to four guests and two pets (on request). The surface of the house is 50 m² house + 15 m² porch and has an extensive fully fenced private garden of 8,500 m². For security reasons, the house is not rented to groups of young people under 25 years of age and the organization of parties is strictly forbidden. The house has a kitchen-dining room, equipped with all appliances and conveniences, as well as a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The living room, in addition to TV, DVD player and free Wifi high speed ideal for video calls or meetings, has a double sofa bed and a single sofa bed, a ceiling fan, pellet stove and a insertable fireplace, to cover the colder seasons of the year. There are approximately 30 steps from the street to the flat, which is accessed from the terrace. On the ground floor is the living-dining room with sofas and television, which opens directly onto the terrace. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook during your stay. On the ground floor there are three bedrooms: one with two single beds, a second bedroom with two single beds and an en suite bathroom with bathtub (to reach this room you have to climb down three steps) and a third bedroom with a single bed. These Spanish villages with beautiful beaches are all definitely worth a visit and you will get for free unique views of the Mediterranean Sea! The Tamariu beach itself is a beautiful sandy beach with a small avenue with various restaurants serving delicious "tapas" which you can eat on the patio in the Spanish sun, what more do you need?
