Villa Paloma is a semi-detached villa with a private pool and lovely sea views, located a few meters from the commercial area and the beach, making it a popular villa. The villa has private access and two floors. It also has a private outdoor pool, where you can enjoy the beautiful weather. In addition, you can enjoy a pleasant dinner on its covered outdoor terrace. Inside the villa, the first floor is the most complete and has a simple living-dining room decorated in Menorcan style, an equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms and a renovated bathroom. The ground floor, located at the same level as the pool, has a double bedroom, with a shower room and a small living room. Access to this bedroom is independent from the rest of the house, which makes the stay of its tenants more private. The pool area has a large terrace and a practical outdoor shower. Please note, there is a Refundable Security Deposit with the property, payable before travel, of £500. VILLA GERMAN 114: Villa German has the best location in San Jaime Mediterraneo, it is the first house located on the seafront, it has all the advantages that this entails, bars and shops just one minute from the house and the beach less than 5 minutes walking, ideal for families with children who do not want to walk much, the beach is one of the largest on the island, and is guarded with several towers along it, it also has several restaurants on the same beach to enjoy lunch or dinner, without having to move from the sea. The area has restaurants with different cuisines as well as many souvenir shops to buy that small gift that we all want to bring to the family. The house has 4 double rooms, ideal for groups of 8 people, or families with children. Large living room overlooking the pool with a porch where you can eat and when you want to cook on the barbecue right there. The colors of this house and the details that we find in this house make us feel as if it were ours, its decoration is cared for and the owner improves it every year.
