It has a private access for the car and the whole house is built on the same level, so it is very comfortable. From the street you go up the stairs to the terrace level where there is a nice area with outdoor furniture and access to the villa. Inside, there is a wonderful living/dining room with TV, air conditioning and an open archway leading to the fully fitted kitchen. The villa has three bedrooms, the master bedroom, a little bigger and with access to the terrace with sea views, has a double bed, air conditioning and en suite bathroom with bathtub, and the other 2 bedrooms (with ceiling fans) with 2 single beds each.
