The villa consists of two living rooms, three bedrooms, an independent kitchen, three bathrooms, a glass-enclosed terrace, a balcony, and two solariums. The house has everything necessary for living and relaxing: furniture, appliances (including a coffee maker), dishes, bed linen, and towels. Central air conditioning, wireless internet. There is no Spanish television! The area has good infrastructure: the "Consum" supermarket is located 200 meters away, and the nearest cafe is 50 meters away.
