We offer for tourist rental a two-story chalet with a swimming pool and a large green area, 400 meters from the sea. The villa consists of two living rooms, three bedrooms, a separate kitchen, three bathrooms, a glazed terrace, a balcony, and two solariums. The house has everything necessary for living and recreation: furniture, appliances (including a coffee maker), dishes, bed linen, and towels. Central air conditioning, Spanish TV, wireless internet. The area has well-developed infrastructure: the "Consum" supermarket is 200 meters away, and the nearest cafe is 50 meters away. The sea is 400 meters away, but Los Locos beach is about 650 meters away. Accommodation capacity: up to 7 people (no pets!). Smoking is only allowed in open areas! Check-in process is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM Monday to Friday, and from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM on Saturdays. Check-out is from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Check-out or check-in outside of office hours, on Sundays, weekends, and public holidays incurs an additional charge of 20 euros.
