We offer for tourist rent two-storey villa with swimming pool and large green area 400 metres from the sea. The villa consists of two living rooms, three bedrooms, separate kitchen, three bathrooms, glazed terrace, balcony, two solariums. The house has everything necessary for living and recreation: furniture, electrical appliances (including a coffee machine), crockery, bed linen and towels. Central air conditioning, Spanish TV, wireless internet. The area has a well-developed infrastructure: in 200 meters there is a supermarket "Consum", the nearest cafe is in 50 meters. The sea is 400 meters away, but the beach of Los Locos is about 650 meters away. Accommodation option: up to 7 persons (no animals!) Smoking is only allowed in open areas! Check-in is from 15:00 until 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 until 15:00 on Saturday. Check-out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Lovely detached villa on a spacious, quiet, walled and secure plot of 1000 sqm. All on one level, there is a spacious lounge, with fully fitted kitchen (cooker, grill, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine). Master bedroom with full ensuite, a further double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms, full bathroom, and shower room. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers and electric fans. The villa has a private swimming pool, side terrace with table and chairs (with large parasol), as well as an eating area under the pagoda, and a BBQ. The porch gives a shady place to sit during the day and an overlooking the pool. TV with DVD player, and stereo in the lounge. Free WiFi internet connection. Being dog lovers ourselves we are happy to accept well behaved dogs. However guests must bring their own dog bedding/blankets/towels, and dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds, or in the pool, and of course any mess must be cleaned up from the grounds. A small additional fee will be charged for extended cleaning required and garden inspection for any mess. Check in is after 4pm check out is by 11am. Late check-in is possible for an extra fee.
