Studio near the city's two beaches! Surface area 27 m2, it consists of a living room, kitchenette, bathroom, and a terrace with views of the courtyard. It has everything you need to live: furniture, appliances, dishes, bed linen, and towels. Equipped with air conditioning, which works in "cold-heat" mode. There is Spanish television. No WI-FI. Accommodation for two adults or two adults and one child under two years old (no pets!). Smoking is only allowed on the terrace.
