The House has two completely independent apartments each other: On the ground floor has, living room, kitchen and a separate living room with a large table for meetings and group meals, also a bathroom with shower. on the same ground floor it has 6 double bedrooms all with en suite. One room is functional and adaptable as double bedroom or as a social hall, space for bicycles group ... or similar. The other house on the top floor also equipped with lounge, kitchen and three bedrooms with private bath, all three rooms with direct access to the large porch with panoramic views of the Tramuntana mountains and surrounding area, also it has a direct access goes directly to the terrace and swimming pool. Outside has two swimming pools, one small with shallow water and surrounded by lawn where the children for sure will have a nice playtime.! Large porch with chill-out area overlooking the pool.
