There is a saltwater 50 m2 pool, with a depth ranging from 0.5 m to 2.10 m and an integrated Jacuzzi and an area with running water, thanks to which you can relax and unwind from the daily routine and stress. There is an outdoor shower and 6 deck-chairs for sunbathing. In the exterior you will find a large fenced area with fruit trees. This property has two buildings, the main one and one by the pool. The main house has a fantastic furnished porch of 50 m2, perfect for spending unforgettable evenings outdoors with family and friends. Beside the porch, there is a large terrace of 60 m2 where the little kids can play safely, but always under the supervision of an adult. The building by the pool consists of a fixed barbecue, a large kitchen-dining room, a full bathroom and a laundry area. Thanks to this second building you have a more direct access to the pool and its surroundings.
