Description: |
The property is accessed by private road 1 km from main N340 at Almuñecar. Less than hour away from two international airports, Malaga and Granada. With the extensive ski range of the Sierra Nevada nearby, scuba diving, snorkelling, hang-gliding, kiting, horse riding, water sports, sailing, fishing etc. The beautiful countryside of the Alpajurras, Sierra Nevadas Cerro Gordo, Lanjaron and Lecrin Valley etc. and many fantastic beaches to be discovered. Historic monuments of the Romans, Arabs and Phoenecians and thousands of acres of nature reserves preserving some of the most incredible landscape and coastline in Spain. The list of local activities is endless, summer and winter alike, there is something for everyone. The nearest beach and restaurant is only 5 minutes walk with many more shops and restaurants, bars and beaches only a little further. There is a local and efficient bus service into the main town every 15 minutes. The picturesque Marina del Este is just 10 minutes drive as well as the popular villages of La Herradura and Salobreña. Herradura is a lovely little town with many restaurants and bars - Nerja is just over a 5 miin drive which is a popular resort, Nestling in the foothills of the mountains, the old town, with its narrow, vehicle restricted, cobbled streets, offers a more relaxed holiday from that found in the big resorts further along the coast. With small picturesque bays, the famous Balcon de Europa promenade, numerous small shops, bars and restaurants, and its wonderful all year round climate, Nerja has something for all seasons, especially for families and the more mature holiday maker. Local Excursions The Nerja Caves, one of Spains biggest tourist attractions, are well worth a visit. A extensive network of fascinating underground caverns with the Worlds biggest stalactites, plus an auditorium and stage where the annual music and arts festival takes place. Nearby is Maro, a picturesque village with panoramic views across the sea and a small, secluded beach invisible from the cliff top. The mountains shelter many small attractive villages, notably Frigiliana with its restored Roman town and narrow vehicle-free cobbled streets. Further afield is the historic city of Grenada with its famous Alhambra Palace (pre-booking advised). Malaga and beyond to Puerto Banus also provide a great day out, as do visits to Mijas, Antequara and the El Torcal National Park. Nearest Airport: Malaga 70KM

heated pool supplement £150 (pounds 213 EUROS)per week
300 Euros (200 pounds) refundable breakage deposit payable one month before arrival, to confirm booking a 50% deposit cheque has to be sent, balance cheque one month before arrival.
Final cleaning is included in all fees. If extra cleaning is necessary, the cost will be deducted from the 200 pounds breakage deposit.
Again please note our lovely villa is aimed at business /familly use. Groups of youngsters not supervised or students are not welcome. In this respect we reserve the right to refuse admission. |
