Luxury apartment in a quiet, sought-after area of Torremolinos near shops, restaurants, markets, gardens, childrens’ playground and tennis courts. The apartment is south facing and enjoys the sun from morning till dusk. Nearest bus stop and train station (Montemar Alto). Malaga international airport is only 5 minutes by car and 15 mins by train.

Local activities include: swimming, golf (33 courses on the Costa del Sol, several very near), tennis, walking, sailing, cycling, fishing, horse riding, wind-surfing, water skiing, mountain biking, aquaparks, amusement parks, and other attractions. Andalucia has something for everyone: the holiday towns of the Costas (Malaga, Marbella and Fuengirola) and the miles of clubs, bars, cafes, golf clubs and beaches that line a rocky coast. For cultural visitors, the highlights are the cities of Seville, Cordoba and Granada and Gibraltar is just over an hour’s drive away. For wildlife enthusiasts, there are some of the highest mountains in Europe (including Europes southernmost skiing resort, Sierra Nevada) and marshlands crowded with flamingos (Fuente de Piedra).

Malaga international airport is only 6 kms away but it is not in a flight path! A car is not essential as all amenities are within walking distance.

THE APARTMENT
The building is 5 years old, new furniture. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All linen and bath towels are provided, except for beach towels. The main bedroom and living room has sea view. The living room has a dining area with seating for up to 6 people, sofa, extending armchair, 2 TV with video, satellite and DVD player. The terrace contains a full set of patio furniture for eating outside.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, grill, microwave, large fridge, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster and all silver ware.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor overlooking the gardens and the main swimming pool.
