This is a newly built block and apartment which was finished in 2003. The apartment and block have been furnished and finished with the utmost detail and luxury.
This luxury penhouse apartment has 3 bedrooms and is on the top floor of a two story block.
There is a double with en-suite shower room & two twin bedrooms, built in wardrobes.
There is also a seperate bathroom, which has a bath, shower, toilet, sink and bidet.
Travel cot & highchair available.
The lounge/dining room has sofas, television (with english channels) plus a DVD player & dining table. This room leads onto a large balcony which is equiped with outside table & chairs, and gets the afternnon and evening sun.
Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, fridge-freezer & microwave oven, coffee machine.
The apartment also has a built-in safe, hair-dryer & iron. Beach, bath & hand towels are provided for your use during your stay. The block also has a lift.
Private large tiled roof terrace with mountain & sea views. The roof terrace has two tables, chairs, sun beds, parasols, awning, BBQ & an outdoor shower, with all day sun.
The block is wheelchair friendly, having ramps, a lift and wide doorways. The only access restricted is to the roof top terrece, this is by staircase.
Use of the indoor swimming pool and fitness centre, located beneath the building, at an extra cost.
The block is situated near the Parador Hotel in the quieter area of Nerja.
Carobeo Beach is only two minutes walk from the apartment. A further two minutes takes you to Burriana Beach, where you can find a full range of water sports & where you can take a boat cruise along the coast.
The Balcon de Europa, the centre of Nerja, is only a five minute stroll away.
Nerja is a 45 minutes drive from Malaga airport. Has 16km of coastline & seven beaches.
