Although these are isolated and in absolute peace, they are not too far away. To be more precise, there are a total of three houses that are only a few hundred meters apart. The house offers a living area of around 150 m² on the ground floor, a living room with satellite TV, a large open kitchen with dining area and a total of 3 double bedrooms (1x double bed, 2x single beds) and 2 complete bathrooms. From the living room and kitchen you have access to the covered terrace. The covered terrace has a brick barbecue and from here you continue to the sun terrace where there is also the private 32 m² swimming pool (step entry 1 m - 1.80 m) with sun loungers... and from which you have an incredible 180 degree view about the surrounding landscape. The villa is located very close to the commercial centre and the beach of Son Bou, so it is highly recommended if you don't want to depend so much on the car. The villa is divided into 2 levels: On the upper floor, from where you enter the villa, there is a large living room with air conditioning, an open plan fully equipped kitchen and a single bedroom. On the same floor there is a guest toilet and a terrace offering wonderful views of the beach of Son Bou. Going down the stairs, you reach the lower floor, where the four double bedrooms are located. One of them has a double bed, air conditioning with clock and en suite bathroom. The other three bedrooms have single beds, fans and share a full bathroom. All the bedrooms lead to the terrace with sea views. From here you can access the pool area with outdoor furniture and a large barbecue area, equipped with a fridge and sink.
