Villa Sud is a semi-detached villa located in San Jaime Mediterráneo in a small holiday resort consisting of 4 holiday flats. It is only 500 metres from the beach. The family-friendly holiday home impresses with its fantastic outdoor area with pool and sea view and invites 6 people to a relaxing holiday with a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The villa is furnished in the typical Menorcan style and equipped with Wi-Fi and a TV. In the communal area that you share with the guests of the other 3 holiday homes, a large terrace with pool and sun loungers invite you to relaxing holidays and to enjoy the fantastic view of the sea. In addition, a private terrace with garden furniture and a portable barbecue is at your disposal. Besides all the comfort the villa offers, it is also ideally situated: shopping facilities, restaurants, bars and cafés are 500 m away and, likewise again, the wide sandy beach Son Bou, can be reached in less than 10 minutes on foot.
