This is a Mediterranean style villa with 5 bedrooms and wonderful sea views. The villa is located very close to the commercial centre and the beach of Son Bou, so it is highly recommended if you don't want to depend so much on the car. The villa is divided into 2 levels: On the upper floor, from where you enter the villa, there is a large living room with air conditioning, an open plan fully equipped kitchen and a single bedroom. On the same floor there is a guest toilet and a terrace offering wonderful views of the beach of Son Bou. Going down the stairs, you reach the lower floor, where the four double bedrooms are located. One of them has a double bed, air conditioning with clock and en suite bathroom. The other three bedrooms have single beds, fans and share a full bathroom. All the bedrooms lead to the terrace with sea views. From here you can access the pool area with outdoor furniture and a large barbecue area, equipped with a fridge and sink. The villa is a beautiful villa 186 Menorcan style, recently renovated. Located on the hilltop of San Jaime, enjoys magnificent views of Son Bou and its beach. We access it from the terrace through large windows, and found a practical living / dining room fully furnished with new LED TV Samsung 48 inches, separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar. The kitchen is very well equipped, including dishwasher, hob and fridge freezer. On the terrace we find all the furniture for eating, sunbathing and an outside shower, plus a modern triangular shaped infinity pool with a minimum depth of 0.8 meters and 1.8 meters high. The pool is equipped with child safety fence which can be removed if not need it. The external environment is completed by gardens with lawn, flowers, plants and various trees and automatic irrigation.
