The house, decorated with lots of marvellous antiquities, has a great hall when you enter which leads to the dining room, prepared for 8 people. Beautiful and comfortable country house with swimming pool located in the municipality of Alaró, with about 7.000 m² of land with plenty of local trees such as olive, almond and carob trees. It is a stone house with an area of 145 m² distributed in two floors. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, the dining room, the kitchen with a large pantry and on a lower level the living room with direct access to the terrace and the garden. On the upper floor there are the rest of the bedrooms and a complete bathroom with bathtub. The traditional rustic style house is charming and cosy.
