Casa Josemar is a property located only 300m from the beach of Cala Romantica, a white sand beach and crystal-clear waters in Manacor area. Providing free WiFi and Satellite TV, the property also has a seasonal outdoor swimming pool that is shared with the neighbours, private barbecue facilities and a private and well-maintained private garden. All our guests have unlimited and free access to the community swimming pool and terraces (timetable 8am to 10pm). This holiday home has 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a courtesy toilet, and can accommodate up to 4 people (plus an extra child upon request). The property is well maintained ant tastefully decorated throughout. Air conditioning in the bedrooms to ensure comfort during the night. On the first floor, there is 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with showers. In the main room there is a double bed. In the second room there are single beds (2m long). On the ground floor you will find the lounge, with direct access to the terrace and private garden, the kitchen and also a courtesy toilet. On the porched terrace you can enjoy a barbeque and outdoor dining furniture. All our guests have unlimited and free access to the community swimming pool and terraces. It is an urban, modern, light-filled and charming property that is sure to surprise you. Open the door and you will feel at home. The property is distributed over one floor, the open plan living room has a comfortable sofa, satellite TV and a modern kitchen with dining table. The two bedrooms are both doubles, one of them has a king size bed and the other bedroom has a 1.00 x 2.00 trundle bed. The bathroom, like the rest of the house is modern and has a shower cubicle. It has a nice patio of 27 m² which provides natural light to the whole house and is perfect for breakfast or dinner outdoors. Fully air-conditioned, it guarantees the desired room temperature in all rooms. The house is located in S'Illot in the east of Mallorca, between the fishing village of Porto Cristo and the village of Sa Coma.
