The ‘possessió’ of Son Caldes is located near the town of Llucmajor and is more than 500 years old, which enhances the attractiveness of the place. The main building has three en suite bedrooms, a spacious living room, dining room and a fully furnished kitchen with capacity for all the guests. Some old features of the house have been very well preserved. At the same time, the house is equipped with new electrical appliances, central heating and a mix of new furniture with some restored pieces. There is a wine cellar as well where you will be able to see some hand-made barrels, which were made more than 200 years ago! The house has one floor, with 3 double bedrooms, all with built-in wardrobes, one of them with a double bed, the other two have single beds. It has a bathroom with shower and is comfortably furnished, has all the comforts, including air conditioning in the living room, butane gas barbecue, WIFI, fans in the rooms, etc. The kitchen is completely equipped.
