The house is 95m2 and has its own 100m2 garden. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds. The house was recently renovated, in 2019, and has all amenities: satellite TV, free Internet, barbecue, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. The location is ideal for families and those seeking a relaxing holiday. There are excellent outdoor play areas for children in the area at a short distance. Access to the sandy beach is through comfortable steps, easy for all ages. The waters are shallow, clean, and calm. NO group bookings for guests under 21 years old will be accepted. STAG and HEN parties are not permitted. We invite our guests to make responsible use of electrical consumption, so the first 150kw/h consumed will be free. Consumption exceeding this will be charged at €0.15 per kw/h.
