The renting experience tells me that I am getting many satisfied families and friends, high occupancy rates, and everybody happy. It has impressive views, better than the photos, and during the evening when things quiet down we can even hear the sea. At the same time, it's not only just about seeing the sea, the villa is integrated with the village with a nice public petanque parque opposite the villa, and the road surrounding the villa leads with a 200 metres walk to the entrance of the national natural park. The villa is located at 300m from the first restaurant, 400 metres from Albir centre, the supermarket and the shops so you don't need a car, it's a 5 minutes walk.
