During the summer season the owner rents out her well furnished and equipped family home which has five bedrooms (3 doubles and 2 twins) with 3 bathrooms and a large lounge/diner. The fully fitted kitchen includes fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster etc .There is a covered terrace for outside dining and it also boasts an outdoor bar with barbecue and wood oven. One of the twin bedrooms and a bathroom with shower is on the ground floor, and a ramp around the back of the villa allows car access also to the ground level, so it is suitable for use by somebody who has difficulty with stairs. This car access is also useful for unloading luggage and heavy shopping direct into the kitchen. There is no air conditioning although electric fans are provided in each room. The covered terrace for dining is well positioned to take advantage of any sea breezes. The property sits in 2500m2 of enclosed land with maintained garden and trees, with large sun terrace around the pool. My villa is prepared for vacation rental for groups of 10-16 people. I have bought all new furniture, new beds, everything new, and keep this up to standard. The renting experience tells me that I am getting many satisfied families and friends, high occupancy rates, and everybody happy. I bought this villa for myself to live in while I am not renting it out: The villa is at possibly one of the best locations at the golden mile of Albir. It has impressive views, better than the photos, and during the evening when things quiet down we can even hear the sea. At the same time, it's not only just about seeing the sea, the villa is integrated with the village with a nice public petanque parque opposite the villa, and the road surrounding the villa leads with a 200 metres walk to the entrance of the national natural park. The villa is located at 300m from the first restaurant, 400 metres from Albir centre, the supermarket and the shops so you don't need a car, it's a 5 minutes walk. It's a 3 minute walk to the entrance of the natural parque with the lighthouse a great place for jogging, walking and picnic. The terrace integrates the 7 ft American pool table, table football, Ping Pong table and professional Darts, as well as the 2 Large Beer coolers next to the BBQ at the terrace.
