During the summer season the owner rents out her well furnished and equipped family home which has five bedrooms (3 doubles and 2 twins) with 3 bathrooms and a large lounge/diner. The fully fitted kitchen includes fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster etc .There is a covered terrace for outside dining and it also boasts an outdoor bar with barbecue and wood oven. My villa is prepared for vacation rental for groups of 10-16 people. I have bought all new furniture, new beds, everything new, and keep this up to standard. The renting experience tells me that I am getting many satisfied families and friends, high occupancy rates, and everybody happy. It has impressive views, better than the photos, and during the evening when things quiet down we can even hear the sea. The villa is located at 300m from the first restaurant, 400 metres from Albir centre, the supermarket and the shops so you don't need a car, it's a 5 minutes walk.
